How far in advance should I order pre-designed cakes and desserts?
Each pre-designed cake is handcrafted and has a minimum lead time ranging from 1 days to 2 weeks.
When you select the pick-up/delivery date for your order, the minimum lead time is automatically applied by the system. The lead time can be found in the Specification section too.
Short notice orders might be available depending on our schedule. Please contact us to confirm the availability.
Can I customize the pre-designed cakes?
Yes, you can customize the size, cake flavour, cake fillings, and the message of the pre-designed cake.
If you need further customization, please visit the Custom Cake page and submit your requirements.
Please note custom cakes fall on a different pricing range.
Where can I pick up my cake? Do you deliver?
Our store is located at Shop 20, 369 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW (on the 2nd floor of Victoria Plaza).
Parking is easy—there’s 3 hours of free parking at Chatswood Chase (50m away) or Westfield Chatswood (300m away). You can also take the train to Chatswood Station and walk 6 minutes to our store.
We also offer in-house delivery service throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Delivery charges vary depending on the distance.
How should I store my cakes?
Fondant cakes should be placed in an air-conditioned room and avoid direct sunlight.
Buttercream cakes and cupcakes should be stored in the fridge.
Please refrigerate all cakes once they are cut.
What is your cancellation/refund policy for pre-designed cakes?
If you cancel your Pre-Designed Cake order more than 72 hours before the pick-up/delivery date, you will be refunded the payment minus 3% processing fee.
If you cancel your Pre-Designed Cake order 72~48 hours before the pick-up/delivery date, we would be able to give you a store credit equivalent to the payment made minus a 20% processing fee.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before the pick-up/delivery date will not be qualified for any refund or credit.
A cancellation request must be made in writing. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
